Welcome to Himelhoch's Atelier. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products offered through Himelhoch's Atelier. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products and Availability

All garments offered by Himelhoch's Atelier are subject to availability. Because our pieces are individually handcrafted and made to order, availability, production timelines, fabrics, and embellishments may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, Himelhoch's Atelier reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information at any time.

Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. Himelhoch's Atelier reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment authorization issues.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued promptly to the original method of payment.

Made-to-Order Garments

The garments offered through Himelhoch's Atelier are individually produced after an order is placed. Production generally requires approximately six to eight weeks unless otherwise noted.

Because garments are made specifically for each client, all sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Images

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile device, or display settings. Because each garment is handcrafted, slight variations in fabric placement, embroidery, beadwork, and other artisan details are to be expected and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, page designs, videos, and other materials, is the property of Himelhoch's Atelier or is used with permission from the respective copyright holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Himelhoch's® is a federally registered trademark. Unauthorized use of the Himelhoch's® name, logos, or other identifying marks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Himelhoch's Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products offered through it.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
