Every Himelhoch's Atelier garment is individually crafted with exceptional attention to detail. Because each piece is made specifically for its owner, production and delivery differ from traditional ready-to-wear purchases. The information below explains what you can expect throughout the process.

Made-to-Order Craftsmanship

Each garment is created after your order is placed. Production typically requires 6 to 8 weeks, although certain designs or custom requests may require additional time.

If your estimated production timeline changes, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

If your garment is intended for a specific event, we encourage you to place your order as early as possible to allow ample time for production and delivery.

Complimentary Insured Shipping

Himelhoch's Atelier is pleased to offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Timeline

Production and shipping are separate stages of your order.

• Production generally requires 6 to 8 weeks.
• Once your garment has completed production, it is carefully prepared for shipment.
• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Signature Confirmation

Because of the value and craftsmanship of our garments, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Every shipment is insured while in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, appears to have been lost, or you experience any delivery concerns, please contact Himelhoch's Atelier promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
